Before real estate, I spent nearly fifteen years in enterprise sales managing complex, high-stakes deals. Those experiences shaped how I serve clients today: strategic, detail-driven, communicative, and always advocating for your best outcome. Real estate, for me, is about more than homes—it’s about people, transitions, and building community. I believe in transparent communication, strong negotiation, and steady guidance from start to finish.

As a parent who has moved across state lines with young kids, I personally understand how overwhelming big relocations can feel. My goal is to make your move as smooth and straightforward as possible.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me running in Portland’s parks, tending my small flower garden, or spending time with my wife and kids. I love the Pacific Northwest's blend of food, nature, and creativity—and I’m passionate about helping others put down roots here, too.

Working with Kerrie was hands-down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. As first-time home buyers relocating from WA state to Portland, we had a lot of moving parts and questions, but Kerrie guided us through every step with incredible expertise, patience, honesty and care. From day one, Kerrie was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, and always had our best interests at heart. Navigating an out-of-state move and a competitive market could have easily been so overwhelming that we may have just decided to keep renting for a while when we moved here instead of buying. But Kerrie made the home buying process feel seamless and helped keep us centered when my wife and I felt like we were running around like chickens with our heads cut off with no idea what we were doing. Kerrie took the time to understand what we were looking for and was patient and flexible with us as our "want" and "must have" lists changed over time. She gave us insightful local advice on Portland neighborhoods and this knowledge was invaluable. She really knows the ins and outs of local property quirks, neighborhood vibes, and what to watch out for. Kerrie was honest if a listing that we sent over was in an area that she didn't think fit with what we were looking for, as well as about red flags during tours, even if my wife or I loved the house. It was clear that Kerrie isn't just doing this job for a paycheck - she truly wants to help people in their journey of finding and purchasing a home where they will be happy, thrive, and feel good about their purchase. Kerrie was also so kind as to get us a housewarming gift that was waiting for us when we finally made it to Portland at 1am. After a long day of packing and driving, that definitely felt nice to come home to. Kerrie fought for us during negotiations and made sure that we were included in everything. Through that whole process, we were always confident that Kerrie was going to get the job done. She also explained things in ways that made sense to us and was always happy to answer our questions. If you are buying a home - especially if you are navigating a move from out of state and/or this is your first time buying a home - you will not regret choosing to work with Kerrie. Seriously, such a rockstar. Whenever we need an agent again in the future, Kerrie will be our first call.

I really can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Kerrie. I was fortunate to find her on Instagram before I knew I was in the market to buy. I appreciated her honest POV about ways that Portland is unique, and how to choose the best fit for location and lifestyle. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the years with various realtors. Kerrie really stands out above the rest. Her expertise and thoughtful guidance throughout the process, responsiveness at every step, and genuine commitment to working for the best outcome for us exceeded all expectations. Should we need a realtor in the future, Kerrie will definitely be our first call. 10 out of 10, no notes.

Kerrie was a dream to work with. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process, and I always felt like she was one step ahead of me. She proactively anticipated questions, kept me informed about what was coming next, and made sure I understood my options at every stage. Buying a home always feels a little complicated and stressful, but Kerrie made it all feel manageable. I always felt like she had my back, and was genuinely looking out for my best interests. Her combination of expertise, communication, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
